From cycling classes to aerobics, boot camp to yoga, you will find it all included in the wide variety of instruction provided by the certified instructors who are part of the Fitness U team. Whether the goal is to lose weight or increase overall fitness performance you will feel comfortable here.
Monday thru Friday — 5:30am - 9:00pm (Doors close at 8:30pm)
Saturday — 8:00am - 4:00pm
Sunday — 9:00am - 1:30pm
