Class Descriptions

Body Sculpt
A total body training class with weights for toning, building and defining the muscles. Good for all levels!

Cycling Fusions Cycling Fusion
Cycling Fusion trains cyclists for the "real deal". As always, proper riding technique is heavily implemented as riders traverse courses set to a great soundtrack of music. Call ahead to reserve a spot.

Hatha Yoga Hatha Yoga
Hatha yoga provides the means for people of any age and ability to develop balance, coordination, and a sense of centeredness. It renews, invigorates, and heals the body - stretching and toning the muscles, joints, and spine and directing blood and oxygen to the internal organs. Hatha classes are a good place to work on your alignment, learn relaxation techniques, and become comfortable with doing yoga while building strength and flexibility. Hatha classes provide an opportunity to stretch, unwind, and release tension, providing a good counterpoint to both busy lifestyles and cardio workouts.

Indoor Cycling
Challenge yourself with this ride! This heart pumping class will give you a great cardio & total body workout with a guarantee to sweat, so bring a towel and water bottle. You will be lead through flatlands and hills for a cardio workout. Call ahead to reserve a spot.

Judo
Judo provides a competitive element, where the objective is to either throw or takedown an opponent to the ground, immobilize or otherwise subdue and opponent with a pin, or force an opponent to submit. This class will demonstrate proper technique while providing a great physical workout.
*Fee - $5/class, paid to the instructor.*

Pilates
A combination of basic mat and Pilates movements. This class is designed to stretch and strengthen to improve flexibility and posture.

Tabata BootcampTabata Bootcamp
Based on the most current research in fitness! This revolutionary 8-week program combines bootcamp fitness with the hottest trend to hit the scene - High Intensity Interval Training. You can get your workout done in half the time, and boost your metabolism to keep burning calories for hours after your workout is over.

Trekking plus Abs
A group exercise program done on treadmills! The pattern of the workout is based on interval training; short spurts of hard exercise followed by periods of rest that help build cardiovascular capacity and muscular strength. The idea is to give exercisers at different levels of fitness a structured workout, complete with warm-ups, varying intensities of exercise and warm-downs. The treadmills portion of class will last 30 minutes followed by 15 minutes of Abs and Core work to complete your workout!!! Call ahead to reserve a spot.

ZumbaZumba
We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba« Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.

We will evaluate your goals and any special considerations, and set you up with the trainer that best matches your needs.
